We do not collect last names, addresses, phone numbers, or email addresses
We do not collect precise geolocation data
We do not collect device identifiers for advertising purpose

3. How We Use Your Information
The information collected is used solely for the following purposes:
To display your name and profile photo within the App
To track and display your menstrual cycle history and patterns
To generate educational insights based on your cycle data
To sync data with Apple Health and Apple Calendar, when you grant permission
To generate a PDF report you may choose to share with your healthcare provider
We do not use your data for advertising, marketing, analytics, or any commercial purpose. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.
4. Third-Party Integrations: Her Nature integrates with the following Apple native applications. These integrations are optional and require your explicit permission.
4.1 Apple Health App
With your permission, Her Nature may read and write menstrual cycle data to your Apple Health profile. This data is stored locally on your device within Apple’s HealthKit framework. Her Nature does not transmit your Apple Health data to our servers. Apple’s own privacy policy governs HealthKit data. You may revoke this permission at any time in your device Settings.
4.2 Apple Calendar App
With your permission, Her Nature may create calendar events related to your cycle (e.g., predicted next period). Calendar data is stored locally on your device. Her Nature does not transmit your calendar data to our servers. You may revoke this permission at any time in your device Settings.
Her Nature does not integrate with any other third-party services, social media platforms, or advertising networks.
5. PDF Reports & Provider Sharing
Her Nature allows users to generate a PDF summary of their cycle data. This PDF is created locally on your device and is never automatically transmitted to any server, third party, or healthcare provider.
The decision to print, share, or present this PDF to a healthcare provider or any other individual is entirely voluntary and made at the sole discretion of the user and their parent or guardian. Her Nature has no control over, and accepts no responsibility for, how this document is used once generated.
6. Minors & Parental Awareness
Her Nature is designed for users ages 12–17 and is intended to be used with parental awareness. We encourage parents and guardians to review this Privacy Policy and discuss the App's features with their teen.
Because Her Nature does not transmit, share, or store any personal information outside of the user's device, we do not collect personal data "online" as defined under the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). All information — including the user's name, profile photo, and cycle data — remains entirely local to the device on which the App is installed.
We do not require account creation, email addresses, or any form of registration. No personal information is sent to our servers or any third party at any time.
Parents and guardians who have questions about how the App functions are encouraged to contact us using the information provided in Section 10.
7. Data Storage & Security
All personal data and cycle tracking information is stored locally on your device. Her Nature does not operate external servers that store user personal information or health data.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate for an on-device application. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We encourage users and parents to maintain their device’s security settings, including passcode and biometric protection.
8. Your Rights & Data Deletion
You have the right to:
Access the personal information stored within the App at any time
Correct or update your name or profile photo
Delete your account and all associated data from within the App settings
Revoke permissions for Apple Health or Apple Calendar at any time via device Settings
Because all data is stored on your device, deleting the App will remove all locally stored data. If you require assistance, please contact us using the information in Section 10.
